The quotes are based on the number of pins your project requires. Any changes you might have after quote will require a new quote.
Final quotes are based on the design documents you provide - changes to these files after receipt of quote will require a new quote:

Netlist
Schematic
BOM

Any component information (land pattern info)
Any Mechanical definitions necessary

Any additional design documents that are needed to perform the layout will be specified in your quote. These documents are a must before your project is started.
You certify that you're the owner or own the rights of the schematics or design files of the project.

Feedback Reviews & Changes
Two opportunities to review the layout are provided. One at part placement and the other after routing is complete. 

Interactive Part Placement Review
Placement of your parts according to the information you provide.
After you see your design with already placed components, changes will be made interactively to your design as we discuss them. However, any major changes may require additional cost.

Any additional costs will be itemized and will be provided to you for acceptance.

Interactive Routing Review 
Your PCB is routed according to the design information you provide. (Please see the Circuit Designer Tips section for more info)
You will receive a pdf check print of the routing layers at least 24 hours prior to routing review.
As the pcb layout progresses we will have a routing review. Any critical tracks etc... that are routed will be shown to you for approval before any continuance. A PDF will be sent to your attention. However, any major changes may require additional cost. Any additional costs will be itemized and will be provided to you for acceptance.

Deliverables
Upon your acceptance you will receive: 
Gerber files for all layers (including part placement)
Manufacturing drawing.
Deliverables will be sent after the incorporation of any approved changes following the Interactive Routing Review.
Upon acceptance of the layout and final payment, the final Gerber files will be sent to you.

Billing
You pay in two 50% increments. 
Credit Cards are not accepted at this time. Will be implemented shortly.A project will be started only upon receiving a 50% retainer.
The second 50% is due at the completion of the Interactive Part Placement Review.
Your PCB layout is non-refundable.

At this time only a bank wire transfer is available.
Please also note that if you have already made a payment and somewhere a long the line you decide to cancel the project the payment you have made is not refundable.

Liabilities
We are experienced at what we do and are committed to customer satisfaction. However, the final responsibility to verify the correctness of the layout and manufacturability are yours. We give no warranties regarding the design of your PCB. 

In no event shall We be liable to you for any damages, such as lost profits, lost data or direct, indirect, special or incidental or consequential losses or damages based on breach of contracts or warranty or any other legal theory even if you have advised of any possibility of any damages.
